  Awesome selection, Frank was wonderful friendly and helpful! "Edit" After continuing to return to store have had less pleasurable experience. Employees tend to ignore you completely until you go and ask for help and then seem rushed and about every other trip you hear them talking down to customers or about customers they had on the phone. I have almost been sold fish with ick(pretty sure most of their tanks are interconnected) and my last trip I bought ghost shrimp and in a hurry I just dumped shrimp water and all in to my main tank(always a bad idea) anyway next day I have two dead Congo tetra, a dead peacock eel, and another dead tetra. When I called store to inform that they had an issue was basically told that was impossible.

  Surprisingly clean. What happened? Last time I was there was years ago and it was a fairly disgusting place. This time everything was clean. Tanks were clean and clear. Fish all appeared healthy unlike my prior visits. The layout of the aisles were different. It was a nice surprise. Some of the prices were good and some were extremely inflated. They have quite a few reptiles there that could kill you. I disagree with selling alligators and crocodiles but who am I to judge. Overall the visit was WAY better than my last and I will certainly return in the future!

  This place has a great staff very knowledgeable. If they do not know the answer they will tell you that they are not that advanced which I appreciate them not lieing. Ive had fish, shrimp, and also plants the last 8 years and feel like shrimp and plants I'm very knowledgeable about. I defiently recommend Aqua World to everyone. Healthy fish and great knowledge and they will be honest with you. Recommend 100%
