  Michael chose not to measure our space when he came to our home. When we met Michael at the store the following week, we did not make any immediate decisions on the furniture he picked out. If we had purchased everything Michael recommended, the furniture would have never fit! We decided to purchase just two of the four leather chairs he recommended. We placed the order 2/22/16. By June, we still did not have the chairs. After not getting answers from Michael, I called the manufacturer and these chairs only take 30 days to ship. I was given the run around and lied to. When the chairs finally arrived, the packing slip showed that the store requested the ship date of 5/20/16. He intentionally delayed the shipment of these chairs and held our deposit for all those months. It's a shame that our experience was so negative because we have an entire first floor to furnish but I will never shop here again.
