  Dropped off my son's PC on a Thursday to get a new power switch. Nothing else. Just a power switch. Was told he would call me. Monday arrived, and no word yet, so I stopped in. Told me it would be done by the end of the week? (nobody called me to quote me a price?). Well....Friday rolled around and still no word, so I stopped in yet again. "He hasn't called you?" At this point, I just want my computer back for my son. 8 days with them, it was sitting there apart, and they couldn't either fix it or call me? Pathetic

  I have been a client of Classic Computer Repair for about 10 years. I have brought two computers from them and have had many repairs done by them. THEY HAVE BEEN NOTHING BUT PROFESSIONAL! They have always given me several options in how to solve the issues I was having. Their prices are very reasonable! And the turnaround time is very quick! They never try to push me in doing anything that will cost too much and are always quick to tell me it isn't worth it, saving me money and time! If you need computer advise they are the ones to go to. They are free with their advise and very knowledgeable. I love to support "mom and pop" business and will go to them first before anyone else. I moved about one hour away from their shop and drive pass the local computer repair place near me to have them do work for me. They are the BEST! I am a very loyal customer.
