  My partner and I grew up in Pleasant hills and had gone to this place a few times before. Went in to buy some liquor on November 15, 2017 at around 9... During our looking around the store we overheard some of the employees debating about someone having a bag or not. We simply ignored it and finished our purchases. Moments later, once we left the store, we got approached at our car by some police officers that had been called in to the store by the employees claiming that we had stolen something. Instead of simply approaching us and asking us to show them we didn't have anything in hand, they called in police to get us outside. The police officers were very polite about is, as they also knew my partner. They looked in the car and apologized for having to do so as part of the store's claim. In the end, it was simply an inconvenience that gave us a bit of a scare but made the whole experience unenjoyable. Most likely will not go back to the store, we felt it was rather dude that they profiled my partner and I as shoplifters due to the fact that we had peacoats on due to temperatures outside. I also was told by police that employees said I had my head down, which tipped them off in suspicion. Overall unenjoyable.
