  Make sure you purchase the extended warranty. I have been back to Jared's on McKnight Road 8 times -that's right 8 times because little diamonds keep popping out of my engagement ring that i have had for 11 months. BUYER BEWARE.. Update - Jared's is replacing my defective ring. They states because it had been sized smaller after we purchased it that compromised the diamonds on the band and that is why they are popping out. I am very glad for the fix and the fast response

  My ring was purchased online. Shipping was fast and no issues after placing order, but the website is a little behind the times and their chat bot is the worst ever. They really need to contact Servicefriend about updating to a hybrid chat bot like most companies are now using. Don't make your customers wait 3 hours just to get a generic answer. I took ring to a Jared's store for resizing and we were treated like royalty. I felt much better about my purchase. The saleswoman was able to sell me on the extended warranty...she was good!
