  Recently just shopped at this location and had an amazing experience. Laura was more than accommodating and really helped me out. She even made sure to check inventory of stores nearby the area for the item we found. Laura made the experience of shopping her quick efficient and pleasing. Thank you!

  This review is not for JCrew but rather for the entire Ross Mall which I loathe. It is too damn big,directories for shops are rare, and I find no facility at all for handicapped or disabled people who cannot or will not walk the distances from one place to another. The only stores I ever shop there (and rarely) are on the outside, such as LLBean.
