  Two years ago, we purchased a house that needed some updating, so we went looking for a reliable contractor. Based on family recommendations, we chose John Hancock Contracting to help us with the updates in our home. John Hancock Contracting were quick in their response. We were looking to have walls moved, bathroom remodeled, convert a Bedroom room into a Bathroom and Laundry room and have some other things done. We worked with Mike who was our lead carpenter. He was very knowledgeable, experienced and helpful with our needs. We appreciated that the pricing for what we needed was competitively priced and the quality work exceeded our expectations. During any of the jobs, the contractors advised us on small improvements to make the overall finished job even better. I cannot express how rare this combination of attributes is. Over multiple projects, we have been very pleased with John Hancock Contracting. We are fans for life.
