  The woman who waited on us was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. She did not push, but did give us space and time to make a decision. We did order a chair. My only complaint is that we were charged 40.00 for having g our chair delivered from the warehouse to the showroom, even though we are driving back to pick it up. We felt that was a padded charge. I would suggest the lazy boy drop that fee and consider it part of their cost of doing business.
