  I’d Give this place ZERO STARS if i could. I visited this store last Sunday and I am appalled in this store all around. The aisles are way too cluttered and the clothing was a mess and unfolded. There were plenty of employees standing around chit chatting with one another (I checked for name tags on their shirts.) but none at any registers. Nor did any of these employees ask me if I needed any assistance. When I finally asked someone to check me out the employee gave me attitude. To top off my visit, I was standing in the bathroom, Which was dirty, but there was a cleaning employee cleaning one side of the restroom while the other side was free.. The thing that set it off was me listening to the very RUDE and RACIST comments the two older woman employees behind me were making about the cleaning woman. I was offended for her. This Macys is a Disrespectful and dirty place. I will continue to go to South Hills Village where the customer service is always great and the store atmosphere is excellent.
