  Not good. It's great that they have you come in and get measured prior to the event, but if they screw up this measurement then they force you to come back to the store to pickup the correct size instead of shipping it to your home. This is their fault, but they make you do all the work. If you're going to make me come all the way out there to take my measurement, then get it right.

  Very bad experience with rude store manager Amy who overstepped the sales rep to embarass me in from of other customers and sales reps. I was treated like a 6 year old even though I tried to be calm and professional the whole time. Amy was mean, nasty, condescening toward me. There was a better way to handle a return request and Amy approached it in the worst way possible.I will not shop there again and I highly recommend you don't either.
