  I purchased a basic car wash with my purchase of gas. The line was long so I decided to come back another day-the receipt said the car wash was good for 30 days. 28 days later, I attempted to redeem my car wash but my code was invalid. I went in to ask the employee and she said I couldn't use my code because the basic car wash was unavailable. She rudely stated I would have to upgrade to the next level in order to use my carwash. I stated that I should not have to pay more because they weren't offering the basic car wash. She stated I could come back in a few weeks to see if the basic wash was available again. She said that code would stay good for more than 30 days. I asked how long it would stay good for but she couldn't tell me....she stated it would expire sometime between 30 days and 6 months. I left because clearly I wasnt getting anywhere. I immediately wrote the owner a letter. This was April 4th. I have not heard a response. I also attempted to get ahold of them via Facebook and still have not received a response. I tried using my code 2 days ago and it was invalid....guess the code does expire after all. They are running a sham-collecting your money and not offering the product.
