  This place has changed for the worse since new ownership took over at the beginning of this year. The food quality and portion sizes have decreased, while the prices have stayed the same. While the beer selection is still pretty good, none of the refrigerators are ever filled to capacity, while boxes and cases of beer are stacked up all over the store. The place is usually not packed ever, so it’s weird to see this. Also it’s obvious that some of the staff had little to no experience cooking food or pouring beer before working at P&D. Worst of all, there is usually only 1 person working at any given time, to man the grill/fryer, cash register, and bar. It just doesn’t work. This has been the case the last 5 times I have visited. This creates unreasonable wait times anytime there’s more than 4-5 people in there. I live just 3 blocks away, so I would come in here often. It is now just a ghost of it’s former self. Truly a shame.
