  Just to be clear... John Pape Floor Coverings has been closed permanently and Pape's Flooring America is a completely separate entity and is part of the buying cooperative Flooring America. The 3 older reviews are referencing John Pape Floor Coverings and that they are not relevant to Pape's Flooring America. I own apartments and Pape's Flooring America has done all my flooring! I'm satisfied.

  Built new construction...Stacey Pape - was far less than professional. Delivered poor product, now cracking and warping. Started warranty from installation, repairs substandard. Very difficult and rude to work with...state constractor is liable - does not back up product nor installation. Money Monger..out for profit, poor customer service.
