  Staff seemed clueless and very un-knowledgeable of their own products. You are better to stick to the website, The store is good for an idea showroom not much more.

  This is the worst Pottery Barn ever! It's really ashame the Shadyside store no longer exists and this is the only one in Pittsburgh remaining. It was perfect and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Now I just order online. Although my current order had to be placed from a store. Cringe. Nobody knows what they are doing and they are so uptight with making sure the customer gets the best deal. I would not have ordered from them for this current order but I wanted these particular rugs. It's really too bad -- as the products are still lovely but the customer service doesn't exist -- at this store and only so slightly when you call the 800 number. What happened??? I don't get it.
