  Bill suppose'd owners son & his mother met me & my 9 yr old daughter on a Sunday so we could purchase a new hoverboard we did purchase it he rang up the transaction gave me a receipt that states product under 30 warranty but when I contacted him shortly the purchase to let him know the board was faulty he told me if we used the board we couldn't return or even exchange it. I asked how was I to know if product was ok if I can't use it to make sure he told me it's not his problem. I would have been fine with an exchange I didn't even expect my money back and I told them that. Ninja electronics is selling products on OfferUp for cash under the name Bill. Just what ever you do do ur homework on these guys cause Ninja Electronics on Babcock Blvd & other locations were raided for selling stolen items. Just look them up online there pretty popular for crooked business practices. Never Ninja for me or anyone I know & I know alot of people. Crooks!!!!!!
