  This has been the most TERRIBLE experience with a rental store I have ever had. The man who runs the store belittles his customers behind their backs. I have a 2 minute voicemail on my phone because a sales associate didn't realize he never hung up the phone after calling me & it is literally 2 minutes of them talking bad about their customers. The service is terrible. If you are even a day late on paying them, they will call you at least 5 or 6 times a day, then call anyone you put down as a reference.. I work 2 jobs and go to school. My phone is on silent a majority of my day. Leaving a voicemail & waiting for a returned call is the more professional thing to do. It just seemed like the entire time that I was a customer to this store (which only lasted a month. I will take my money & business elsewhere), they treated me as if I was an idiot & didn't know how to read my lease agreement. Then the individuals who deliver your things are the most suspect men I have ever met in my life! I'm not racially profiling, I'm black, too. But these men had no professionalism about them at all. The entire time they were bringing my stuff in & putting it together, they were hitting on me & my roommate. Just an all out bad experience. Definitely not worth the money they are asking for unless you are straight up buying from them... && even then, I'd still question it. Nothing in that store is worth the aggravation of knowing your integrity & intelligence is being down played.
