  rude and makes up and extra charges, i have gone several times and been told about charges and fees and then to learn that they only charge them. i was told i had to pay an extra 40 dollars today so i went home and called the corporate number and was told that they know nothing about the charge. when i told the man i wanted to think about what was going on he refused to give me my phone back for several minutes and became aggressive with me. this is what i hear from everyone that has gone there.
