  We went to the AT&T store to purchase a IPhone 6 for the wife. We were greeted by Kelly, and she show us what they had. Kelly was very helpful and knowledgeable about the phone's. We did decide to buy it after Kelly answered all our questions to our satisfaction. She then did all the transferring of information to the new phone. I highly recommend Kelly for her service and making two seniors comfortable with our purchase.

  I walked in with my bricked AT&T galaxy phone on a Friday expecting that it would be a simple warranty replacement. The staff confirmed it was dead and under warranty but refused to replace it from the store inventory (this was a store management decision). Instead i would need to wait for a phone to be shipped (at extra cost if it was to arrive within a week). Of course I was invited to BUY a new phone to use over the weekend! AT&T is one of the worst companies in America and management of this store fits in well with that status.
