  As a contractor they are very helpful with the designing of the bathrooms we remodel as well I feel very confident in sending a client in there as we are always told that the sales team is wonderful by our clients

  Not real happy with the experience and the service I received recently. We made a few trips to the store and where considering purchasing because we liked what they had. Until it came to ordering it. That is when we were told... sure you can have it by Saturday...then to find out when we made another trip to the store that it would be a month before it came in. All we received from there where apologizes. They didn't fulfill what they said to us when we were shopping for our tile. Don't think I will ever go back because there are a bunch of tile stores in the 'burgh that want your business..... We found one.

  I was in the store for 45 minutes and not one employee ever acknowledged that I was there. Decent selection but I would never send a client to this store if you can't get service....
