    I haven't seen my furniture yet, but my experience so far has been EXTREMELY frustrating. Today, I spoke with someone at the store who was apparently a customer service representative but who has ZERO aptitude for such a job. She was extremely rude and showed absolutely no consideration for that fact that could not possibly know the limitations of your delivery policy. She also claimed ignorance of the online process (which is how I ordered), so she kept condescendingly repeating that she had no way of knowing how things were done online. In the delivery scheduling email I received, I was given NO OTHER OPTION that to call the store, so why in the world would the customer service rep. at your store not be familiar with the online process? Immediately after I asked if I could change the time of my delivery (first thing I said), she reflexively launched into a defensive and confrontational tone, even before explaining what options I DID have for rescheduling. I am aware that delivery window times are often inconveniently large, although an all-day window, which she informed me is your policy, seems particularly large for something people need jobs to buy, and contradicts the information in the email I received (a 2-hour window was listed). My problem was not that I had to schedule for another day; my problem was her rude and condescending attitude. She was disrespectful, in tone and words, from the very beginning to the end of the call. I was as calm and polite as I could be, but I did inform her that I have no way of knowing the information she is assuming I know and that she should be nicer when she informs people of these things. Which made things worse, of course. As I said above, this person DOES NOT have the temperament for a customer service position. If the items I purchased were not Christmas gifts for my daughter, I would be trying to cancel the order. This is a terrible reflection on your store.
