  I had a malfunctioning phone, Robert went above and beyond to help me get it resolved! The resolution was something he couldn't fix, it had to go through customer service, rather than send me on my way to resolve he offered to have me call from the store so we could be sure all was resolved before I left, and provided me a tutorial on what I'd need to do when my new phone arrived to get it up and running immediately. Thanks Robert!

  Terrible service. Went in last night at 7:20 PM and it was closed, even though it says they are open until 8 PM. Very unprofessional, will definitely not come back to this store.
